A health and beauty retail chain wanted to offer telehealth consultations without building a video platform from scratch. We built the consultation experience on Jitsi, wrapped in patient and doctor portals for scheduling, intake, and consultation history, plus a companion mobile app for patients.
Because the client needed to demo, test, and run production separately, and often in parallel, we stood up four isolated environments, each behind Cloudflare Zero Trust and each with its own GitHub-driven deploy pipeline, so a change could move from a feature branch to a reviewable environment in minutes rather than being bottlenecked on a single shared staging server.
The result is a telehealth service the client can iterate on safely, with clear separation between what is being tested and what patients are actually using.
