Privacy policy

The contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. It is delivered to our inbox by email, through our email provider, and we use it only to reply to you.

Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser for that check.

Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Some apps we operate use Meta's APIs to manage Facebook Pages that we own or run. They publish posts and reels to those Pages, and read the Pages' statistics and the comments people leave on them, so we can report how the content performs and reply to people.

These apps do not ask anyone else to log in, and they do not collect data from people who use Facebook beyond what Meta returns for our own Pages: public comments and the names attached to them, and aggregate statistics such as views and followers. We keep that data only for reporting and delete it when it is no longer needed.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email chris@cbfoundryinc.com with the subject "Data request" and tell us what the request is about (for example, a contact-form message or a comment on one of our Facebook Pages). We reply within 15 days and confirm when the data is deleted.

To remove a comment you left on one of our Facebook Pages, you can also delete it yourself on Facebook.
