A foundry, not a factory.
CBFoundry was founded in 2026 by Christopher Bautista, a software engineer and former CTO who spent thirteen years building and running platforms for multinational and Philippine clients. The name is literal: we take raw requirements and cast them into systems that hold up under load, for years.
Principles
How we choose to work
- Small and senior
- Every project is led by an engineer with more than ten years shipping production systems. No hand-off to juniors after the sales call.
- Weekly releases
- Software you can click on every week from the first sprint. Agentic development tooling is how a small senior team keeps that pace.
- You own the infrastructure
- Cloud accounts, domains, and repositories stay in your name from day one. We operate them; we never hold them.
- Documented hand-over
- Architecture notes, runbooks, and a clean CI pipeline ship with the code, so any competent team can take over.
